How do I create a DelightfulFox Cleaning Account?

Once you schedule your first cleaning you will be prompted to create an account. Alternatively please sign up at this link to schedule a new service or make changes to your bookings.  You can always contact us here for any assistance.

Do you service my area?

If you’re within one hour of the Hartford area, absolutely! Always feel free to contact us to confirm.

What is included in a standard cleaning?

DelightfulFox has a cleaning checklist that your cleaning professional will follow. You can leave additional notes in your account after checkout, by contacting us, or by providing instructions during your cleaning.

The following extra services are available if selected at checkout: Inside the fridge, inside the oven, green cleaning, inside windows, basement, move in/move out, laundry, and inside cabinets.

Note: To protect the safety of our professionals, we cannot perform the following: cleaning that requires climbing on ladders, exterior windows, mold removal, deep stain removal, insect and pest removal, cleaning pet messes, cleaning blinds, and items that require heavy lifting.

How much will it cost?

Our pricing is based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Simply go to our booking page and enter any required information and you will see your price.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, products and equipment?

DelightfulFox cleaners are equipped with safe, family and pet friendly supplies and a vacuum at no extra charge to you. Please let us know if you would like to provide your own special supplies by adding a note to your account after you book.

Can I request special tasks or extras?

If you would like to request an extra cleaning service please select what service you would like on the booking form at checkout.

How do I log into my account?

Please login to you account  at this link or click the login option at the top of any page.

How do I change my password?

Please login to you account  at this link to make changes to your account, bookings or to schedule new service.  If you forget your password please select “I forgot my password” and you will be able to make password changes.  Alternatively, you can contact us here for any assistance.

How do I change my address?

Please login to your account and add any instructions (new address, parking, cleaning, other)  to your booking. Alternatively, you can contact us here.

How do I change my credit card?

Please login to you account and update the credit card on file.   Alternatively, you can contact us here.

Can I apply a coupon to an existing appointment?

Can I trust my cleaning professional?

Our company is fully bonded and insured, which means you can have peace of mind when you hire us as your residential cleaning company. We rigorously vet all of our Cleaners, who undergo identity checks as well as in-person interviews.

What happens if something goes wrong during my appointment?

Please contact us here to report any issues. Our goal is 100% happiness, and we will quickly address any issues you may have.

Is my billing information kept safe and secure?

Yes, your information is safe and your privacy is very important to us. We work hard to earn and keep your trust, so we adhere to the following principles to protect your privacy:
We will never rent or sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We will never share your contact information with another user.
We do not store billing information.

What is your 150% satisfaction guarantee policy?

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean. If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.
